What stays in your browser

Trip details, an optional work email, mileage entries, and notes are stored in this browser on this device. Road Ready does not use customer accounts, analytics, advertising, cloud sync, GPS, background location, or a server that receives those entries.

Road Ready does not encrypt browser storage. Someone with access to your unlocked device and browser may be able to read it.

Backups and deletion

The Records tab can download a JSON backup containing your saved local data. That file is not encrypted, so store or share it carefully. Use Clear this device in the Records tab to remove Road Ready data from this browser. You may also need to delete any backups you downloaded separately.

Receipts, BOLs, and sharing

Road Ready does not save selected receipt or bill-of-lading files. They are passed to your device's share sheet only after you deliberately choose Share. The app or service you select as the destination then applies its own privacy and security practices.

What the web host can see

Loading this website contacts its hosting provider, Cloudflare, to deliver the app files. Cloudflare may receive standard connection information such as your IP address, request time, browser details, and the files requested. Road Ready does not send Cloudflare the trip details, optional work email, mileage, notes, receipts, or BOLs you enter or select.

Feedback and support

The feedback button copies a feedback template and tries to open your email app with a draft. Nothing is sent until you review and send it. For support, email roadreadysupport@gmail.com.

Please do not email receipts, BOLs, account numbers, access codes, or other sensitive paperwork. A short description of the problem is usually enough.
